Image-level annotation is an annotation method that takes the entire image as the unit, adds macro labels such as category, scene and emotion to the entire image (such as marking the whole image as "scenery image", "happy atmosphere", "day scene"), without distinguishing the local details inside the image, used for model training of basic visual tasks such as image classification and image retrieval.
